Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Director in New York, USA, to manage and enhance boutique operations, focusing on sales and service quality. Join a prestigious luxury brand within the Richemont Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the boutique's operations to achieve sales targets and maintain high service quality.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership to drive sales and brand presence.
  • Ensure the integrity and enhancement of the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image in the market.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the boutique team, defining career paths and promoting advancement.
  • Generate new clientele and innovate business strategies to expand market reach.
  • Represent Van Cleef & Arpels at key events and functions domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department to manage inventory and model stock levels.
  • Initiate and oversee new product launches and events to boost market visibility and sales.
  • Set performance goals for store personnel and provide regular updates to management.
  • Participate in international functions and conferences to align with global brand strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in Business preferred.
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in French or Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience

Multi-unit or high-volume experience in luxury retail or hospitality is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in Business preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in New York City, New York, USA, with easy access to New York City.

Compensation

Salary range: $135,000 - $145,000. This role is bonus eligible.
