Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance boutique operations to achieve sales targets and maintain high service quality.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior management.
  • Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image and integrity within the market.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the boutique team, promoting career advancement.
  • Generate new clientele and innovate business development strategies.
  • Represent the brand at various events and functions domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department to manage inventory levels and model stock.
  • Initiate and oversee new product launches and market visibility events.
  • Set performance goals for store personnel and provide regular updates to management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to support sales growth.
  • Attend international functions and high-profile events with senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business preferred.
  • Multi-unit or high-volume experience in luxury retail or hospitality.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Experience

Significant experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on high-volume or multi-unit management.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Compensation

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
