Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance boutique operations to achieve sales targets and maintain high service quality.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior management.
- Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image and integrity within the market.
- Identify and nurture talent within the boutique team, promoting career advancement.
- Generate new clientele and innovate business development strategies.
- Represent the brand at various events and functions domestically and internationally.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department to manage inventory levels and model stock.
- Initiate and oversee new product launches and market visibility events.
- Set performance goals for store personnel and provide regular updates to management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to support sales growth.
- Attend international functions and high-profile events with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business preferred.
- Multi-unit or high-volume experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
Skills
Experience
Significant experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on high-volume or multi-unit management.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
