Join Van Cleef & Arpels in New York as a Boutique Assistant, delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury setting. Located on Fifth Avenue, this role offers a dynamic environment with career growth opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations.
  • Manage daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdowns.
  • Handle morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, ensuring proper backstock maintenance.
  • Accurately backfill POS stations and desks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is in optimal condition.
  • Greet clients and assist with Reception duties, upholding the brand's image and service standards.
  • Adhere to all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding client experience.
  • Consistently participate in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with SAP software. Excellent communication and verbal abilities. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of two years in a luxury retail environment is preferred, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting while providing exceptional customer service.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in New York City, New York, USA, within easy reach of New York City.

Compensation

Salary range: $25-$27 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
