Join Van Cleef & Arpels in New York City as an Assistant Manager, Culture & Partnership. Temporary role with competitive hourly compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in managing cultural relations across the Americas region.
- Facilitate evaluations and vet potential new partnerships at the regional level through the Maison's perspective.
- Monitor the return on investment and qualitative value of existing partnerships with retail and CRM across the region.
- Engage with the local arts community and develop relationships with partners in key and emerging markets.
- Ensure all local partner benefits are utilized for pertinent audiences.
- Track and evaluate new partnership requests.
- Maintain and modify the partnerships index.
- Streamline and support requests to HQ Educational partners for input and market visits.
- Coordinate logistical details for welcoming or hosting key members of L’Ecole or Patrimony to the Americas.
- Maintain and bolster internal and external catalogues of exhibitions, speakers, and their schedules worldwide.
- Support L’Ecole in its various formats in the region, including Evening Conversations and Nomadic Pop-Ups.
- Support in-market festivals and provide assistance for Contemporary Dance awareness efforts.
- Coordinate meetings and support relations with Dance Reflections communities in the region.
- Monitor and ensure strategic use of partner benefits by the Maison.
- Prepare ROI evaluations with qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ensure Maison familiarity with enrichment programs offered by each institution.
- Manage logistics of partner imprint on VCA activations and events.
- Ensure compliance with departmental protocols and support preparation of regular business presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in art, culture, education, or dance.
- Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in analytics is essential.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in related areas such as art, culture, education, or dance, with luxury experience being a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in New York City, New York, USA, with easy access to New York City.
Compensation
Expected salary range: $35-$40 per hour. Duration up to 1 year, with potential to extend.
