Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain exemplary customer service standards in line with company protocols.
  • Generate sales both within and outside the boutique environment.
  • Assist aftersales clients and support co-workers in sales processes.
  • Master and apply the brand's sales techniques to achieve direct sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by providing a friendly and knowledgeable environment.
  • Stay informed on all Vacheron Constantin products and competitor offerings.
  • Communicate special customer requests to the Boutique Manager.
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions according to internal procedures.
  • Participate actively in visual merchandising and maintain luxury standards in the boutique.
  • Display products and implement merchandising animations as per guidelines.
  • Receive new product shipments, conduct quality control, and manage pricing.
  • Assist in monthly stock taking and proactive stock orders.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain aftersales documentation.
  • Monitor cash and invoicing in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and customer service.
  • Ability to network and generate business outside the boutique environment.

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
