Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards in line with company protocols.
- Generate sales both within and outside the boutique environment.
- Assist aftersales clients and support co-workers in sales processes.
- Master and apply the brand's sales techniques to achieve direct sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by providing a friendly and knowledgeable environment.
- Stay informed on all Vacheron Constantin products and competitor offerings.
- Communicate special customer requests to the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions according to internal procedures.
- Participate actively in visual merchandising and maintain luxury standards in the boutique.
- Display products and implement merchandising animations as per guidelines.
- Receive new product shipments, conduct quality control, and manage pricing.
- Assist in monthly stock taking and proactive stock orders.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain aftersales documentation.
- Monitor cash and invoicing in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and customer service.
- Ability to network and generate business outside the boutique environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in London, England, UK.
