Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and customer back-office support, including resolving sales-related issues, processing orders, and managing billing.
  • Develop and utilize analysis tools to monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product performance, while assisting in strategic planning and reporting.
  • Manage stock control and replenishment for boutiques and wholesalers, ensuring accurate stock comparisons and assortment follow-up.
  • Support marketing operations by managing budgets, coordinating merchandising materials, and assisting in event organization and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales-related tasks.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, including media, press, events, and CRM.

Skills

Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Internet, SAP, BI, and Salesforce. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and a service-oriented mindset.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years' experience in both sales and marketing roles, with a focus on the luxury sector.
