Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership coaching and manage performance, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Drive a culture of high performance and belonging within the Le Brassus site.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Agility and solution-oriented mindset. Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in HR roles, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience in fast-paced or high-growth settings is advantageous.
