Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a 'One Of Not Many' client experience to enhance brand reputation and desirability.
  • Develop and execute strategic clienteling approaches, focusing on client recruitment through exclusive services and personalized experiences.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering a strong sense of purpose and engagement.
  • Communicate the Maison's vision, uniting the team around strategic goals and driving performance to exceed KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring a premium experience.
  • Manage boutique performance and operations to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Design optimal team structures and proactively secure future talent through recruitment and development.
  • Act as a Maison ambassador, representing the brand's identity and values within the boutique and local retail community.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven experience in cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.

Skills

Strong natural leadership skills with a track record of leading teams and developing people. Deep knowledge of the luxury environment, including brands, trends, and client expectations. Expertise in managing 360° operational aspects, driving operational efficiency and enhancing boutique experience.

Experience

10-12 years of leadership experience in the luxury retail sector, with a focus on client relationship management.
