Universo is seeking a Head of Supply Chain in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. This senior role requires extensive experience in supply chain management within the luxury fashion industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain activities and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product flow and reduce operational costs.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and drive change.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
