Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentation and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Tissot products and the broader luxury watch market.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to uphold the brand's aesthetic standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury watch industry and market trends.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets. Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
