Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and leadership on the sales floor.
  • Implement client outreach initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
  • Assist in daily store operations and support management in achieving sales and customer service goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates to ensure successful operational tasks and procedures.
  • Execute opening and closing routines while prioritizing customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service and networking.
  • Provide superior after-sale service and maintain client records for future purchases.
  • Assist team members in the sales process following established boutique protocols.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong background in luxury retail jewelry and timepieces.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to multi-task.
  • Bilingual capabilities are an advantage.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in luxury retail.
