Join Tiffany & Co. in Tokyo, Japan, as a Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager. Oversee visual merchandising quality and support events at the prestigious Ginza location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the visual merchandising quality at Tiffany Ginza, ensuring alignment with corporate visual merchandising (CVM) directives across show windows, vitrines, showcases, floral arrangements, and decorative items.
- Supervise the in-store environment, including showcases, furniture, scent/music systems, and digital screens across all sales and lounge floors.
- Support event execution at Tiffany Ginza, collaborating with the customer experience (CE) and CVM teams.
- Conduct daily checks and maintenance of product displays during business hours.
- Communicate daily with the CVM office to ensure display quality.
- Inspect and address in-store environment issues, coordinating with external vendors for repairs.
- Provide weekly reports to the store planning team on store conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
- Design knowledge, with a design background preferred.
- Business-level proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in the fashion or jewelry industry, with a strong affinity for luxury brands.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion or jewelry sectors.
