Join Tiffany & Co. in Paris as the Vice President of Global Sourcing and European Operations, leading procurement and new product development in the luxury jewelry sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee global procurement of external finished goods, subcontracting, raw materials, MRO, and components across all jewelry segments including High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and Icons.
  • Lead new product development for European-made goods, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Enhance engineering standards to support the growth of Tiffany High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry.
  • Identify and implement best practices in craftsmanship, agility, technique, process, sustainability, and gross margin improvement.
  • Participate as a member of the Global Industrial Leadership team for Tiffany & Co.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.

Skills

Expertise in global sourcing and procurement. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in new product development processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. In-depth understanding of the luxury jewelry market.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in global sourcing and operations within the luxury sector is required.
