Join Tiffany & Co. in New York as a Temporary Inventory Planner. Support inventory planning for Designer and Diamond Collections in a dynamic luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly reporting on all new and upcoming launches for the Designer and Diamond Collections categories.
- Collaborate with the Industrial team to ensure timely receipt and on-time delivery of products.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to facilitate successful launch execution.
- Work with regional Supply Chain Teams to establish zonal inventory and safety stock targets based on sales forecasts.
- Regularly analyze sell-through rates, availability, and targets.
- Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow for high-priority projects.
- Plan global and zonal inventory levels based on sales forecasts and inventory policies.
- Place manufacturing orders and monitor receipt timing and delivery.
- Project inventory landing over a 12-18 month horizon at a global level.
- Plan, present, and justify Open-to-Buy (OTB) targets for purchase plans.
Qualifications
- 3 - 7 years of business experience.
- College degree and/or equivalent business experience.
- Experience in retail management, particularly in merchandise or replenishment planning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead in a team environment.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience is required.
Education
College degree and/or equivalent business experience.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $38.50 to $50.50 per hour, contingent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
