Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop an exceptional client portfolio and enhance the Tiffany client experience.
  • Support daily store operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related customer-focused environment.

Skills

Proven team management skills with the ability to build and nurture high-performing teams. Strong track record in store operations, managing profitability, and operational efficiencies. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while enhancing brand recognition.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related customer-focused environment.
