Join Tiffany & Co. in New York as a Supply Chain and Merchandising Director for LATAM. Lead end-to-end merchandising and supply chain functions in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end merchandising and supply chain functions across the LATAM region.
  • Drive demand planning, including category growth, new product forecasts, and SKU-level forecasts.
  • Support sales and retail operations through new product communication, events, and retail tools.
  • Optimize product assortment and inventory flow, including new store product sales and space planning.
  • Collaborate on floorplan reviews and in-store creative roll-outs.
  • Manage local caravan rotation and planning for high jewelry, including sales and inventory tracking.
  • Develop zone pricing strategies and conduct competitor pricing analyses.
  • Prepare sales reports and conduct holiday/event sales analyses.
  • Travel within the region as required, approximately 25%.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Strong luxury aesthetic sensibility.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
  • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Knowledge of basic retail concepts and calculations.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred.

Skills

Strategic vision and hands-on execution approach. Advanced analytical and forecasting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in demand planning and inventory management. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.

Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a merchandising or supply chain management role, with a focus on the luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, business major preferred.
