Join Tiffany & Co. in Zurich as a Store Manager. Oversee operations, lead a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Tiffany & Co.'s values.
  • Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry is required.
