Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience in line with the Tiffany brand.
  • Enhance the client experience with hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Accurately manage the floor waiting list if necessary.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent client service skills. Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks. Capability to work with a diverse client base. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
