Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
  • Enhance client experiences through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent client service skills. Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks. Capability to work with a diverse client base. Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, with easy access to Salt Lake City.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $18.79 to $25.42 per hour, with the rate of pay dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
