Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
- Enhance the client experience with hospitality and personalized services to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
- Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
- Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Experience
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
Workplace
This position is based in Roseville, California, USA, within easy reach of Sacramento.
Compensation
$20.40- $27.60 per hour, eligible for sales commission.
