Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to provide a memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
  • Assist the operations team in adhering to operational policies and procedures, ensuring optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

This position is based in Roseville, California, USA, within easy reach of Sacramento.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
