Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to enhance their experience.
- Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
- Support the sales team by boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
- Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
