Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
  • Enhance client interactions with personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately if necessary.
  • Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintain organized sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions post-purchase decision.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales servicing.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields is required.
