Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying the Tiffany Touch in all interactions.
  • Greet and welcome clients, setting a positive tone for their store visit.
  • Engage with clients to share Tiffany & Co.'s history and product offerings.
  • Assist clients in a courteous manner, enhancing both sales and service.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management.
  • Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring all areas are well-stocked and clean.
  • Assist the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
  • Safeguard company property and handle sensitive client information responsibly.
  • Adapt to company initiatives and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Client-focused mentality with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform various tasks.
  • Experience working with VIP clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience
