Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Tiffany Touch to every client interaction, setting the tone for the client's visit.
  • Assist and interact with clients warmly and courteously, enhancing luxury experiences.
  • Attend to the needs of clients while greeting and directing them throughout the Flagship store.
  • Engage with clients, sharing Tiffany & Co. history, product introductions, and service offerings.
  • Utilize storytelling to discern client needs and partner them with appropriate sales professionals.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management.
  • Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
  • Foster collaboration and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring all areas are stocked and clean.
  • Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
  • Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information according to guidelines.
  • Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility with change.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, preferably within luxury hospitality industries such as restaurants, hotels, retail, or security.
