Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying the Tiffany Touch in all interactions.
  • Greet and welcome clients, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Engage clients with storytelling about Tiffany & Co.'s history and products, aligning them with appropriate sales professionals.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately and communicate potential service issues to management.
  • Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
  • Assist the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a neat sales floor.
  • Safeguard company property and handle client information in adherence to guidelines.
  • Demonstrate agility in supporting company initiatives and adapting to change.

Qualifications

  • Client-focused mentality with exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Authorization to work in Denmark.

Skills

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with VIP clients and foster a collaborative team environment. Organizational and time management skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with flexibility and independence. Strong sense of urgency.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or related industries.
