Join Tiffany & Co. in New York as a Merchandise Coordinator. This full-time role involves coordinating global marketing efforts, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate stock and samples for upcoming photo shoots.
  • Review SKU lists with producers and the creative team.
  • Collaborate with product development for new collection launches.
  • Assist on-site at photo and video shoots, ensuring accurate product handling.
  • Provide relevant information to producers and the creative team in advance.
  • Support product adjustments and positioning during shoots.
  • Collaborate with the shipping and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Pack, organize, and generate shipment labels.
  • Submit expenses in a timely and organized manner.
  • Compile and review SKU recaps for inventory tracking.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate college degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $30.60 - $41.40 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
