Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a user-centric UX strategy to ensure seamless digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX initiatives with business objectives.
  • Advocate for human-centered design and embed UX best practices across digital platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX/UI designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Plan and lead UX workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions.
  • Utilize facilitation techniques to drive alignment and problem-solving.
  • Engage stakeholders with user-centered methodologies informed by research and insights.
  • Present UX strategies and design recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Establish and promote user research methodologies to inform design decisions.
  • Conduct qualitative research, including usability studies and user interviews.
  • Leverage insights and analytics to optimize the digital customer journey.
  • Oversee UX/UI execution for high-priority digital initiatives.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand identity and digital accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, content strategists, and product teams to implement UX solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Strategy.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring UX/UI designers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX research methodologies, and design thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools and a solid understanding of front-end technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for luxury, digital innovation, and crafting world-class customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Experience

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $148,325 to $174,500, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
