Join Tiffany & Co. in Geneva as a Laboratory and Quality Control Supervisor. Lead a team in ensuring the highest standards of quality in luxury watchmaking.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all laboratory testing activities, including product analysis, control execution, and report generation.
  • Collaborate with the watchmaker analyst to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for optimal performance.
  • Lead and manage the quality control and packaging team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze and improve current quality control processes, implementing efficient workflows and IT systems.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the quality control team.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues or non-conformities.
  • Manage inventory of stocks under quality control responsibility, ensuring availability and condition of materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a team of six, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop team members according to their potential, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

Skills

Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control processes. Proven experience in process optimization and productivity monitoring. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience

Minimum of 8 years in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

Education

Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
