Role & Responsibilities

  • Polish all precious metal jewelry pieces to meet Tiffany & Co.'s production and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report any incidents or safety issues to a supervisor.
  • Execute all steps of the polishing process using various tools to meet company quality standards within set production times.
  • Perform brushing, felting, split-lap, flexible shaft, 3-M, Grind & Prep, laser welding, stoning, and dry wheel techniques.
  • Verify accuracy of work orders and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
  • Maintain attention to detail and focus on quality while polishing intricate Hollowware pieces.
  • Minimize inventory failure while working on a wide range of products.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks.
  • Excellent dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision.
