Join Tiffany & Co. in Miami as an Inventory Planner, supporting inventory planning and product allocation to ensure optimal stock levels. Temporary position in the luxury fashion industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set and manage target stock levels, including new product introductions, replenishment, rebalancing, and pull-backs, while collaborating on store prioritization.
- Communicate inventory details for new product launches, ensuring availability and addressing constraints and recovery plans.
- Execute and optimize omni-channel inventory strategies, managing sold orders, back orders, and store product inquiries.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports focusing on in-stock levels, weeks of supply, and new product launch readiness, comparing performance against forecasts.
- Lead action planning to mitigate inventory challenges across zones, addressing T-flags, sell-through rates, long-tail inventory, and rebalancing needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or planning roles.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
