Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the High Jewelry business performance.
  • Manage and monitor High Jewelry sales, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with market Client Relations leaders to enhance outreach for high-net-worth clients.
  • Partner with Regional Client Relations teams to address local needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work with merchandising and Zone High Jewelry teams to exceed client expectations regarding assortment.
  • Initiate and develop a community of High Jewelry Experts with deep knowledge of stones and jewelry making.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive training plan for the community of experts.
  • Identify and select internal and external profiles to join the community of experts.
  • Continuously seek innovative opportunities to engage and support the community for ongoing learning.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the luxury watch and jewelry industry.
  • Gemology qualification, preferably at the GG level.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and support local initiatives.
  • Experience in client relations or client-facing roles.

Skills

Strategic thinking and tactical execution. Expertise in gemology and jewelry making. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to foster client relationships and drive sales.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in a related field, with significant experience in luxury watch and jewelry sectors.

Education

Qualification in gemology, preferably at the GG level.

This position is based in San Francisco, California, USA, within easy reach of San Francisco.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $144,500 to $204,000.
