Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of high jewelry business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with market Client Relations leaders to enhance outreach for high-net-worth clients.
  • Partner with Regional Client Relations teams to address local needs with innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with merchandising and Zone High Jewelry teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Establish and nurture a community of High Jewelry Experts with deep knowledge and storytelling abilities.
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan to empower experts in high jewelry sales.
  • Identify and recruit internal and external candidates for the expert community.
  • Continuously seek creative opportunities to engage and support the expert community.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the luxury jewelry industry.
  • Gemology qualification, preferably at the GG level.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and support local initiatives.
  • Experience in client relations or client-facing roles.

Skills

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a client relations or client-facing role within the luxury watch and jewelry industry.

Education

Qualification in gemology (GG level preferred).

This position is based in Beverly Hills, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $144,500 to $204,000.
