Join Tiffany & Co. in New York as the Director of Brand Creative Production, leading prestigious creative campaigns in a luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the production of major brand campaigns, including Holiday, Icons, and Special Occasions, from concept to delivery.
- Manage complex film and stills productions, collaborating with top-tier creative talent.
- Oversee budget negotiations and creative partnerships, ensuring quality and fiscal responsibility.
- Handle licensing agreements and rights negotiations with entertainment partners.
- Manage celebrity and SAG talent integration, from negotiation to production execution.
- Coordinate with legal and business affairs on talent contracts and union compliance.
- Refine production workflows with the VP of Production to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Establish production standards and best practices across the creative department.
- Mentor and develop producers, fostering a culture of excellence and ambition.
- Manage departmental forecasting and resource planning to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of production experience in luxury, fashion, or high-end brand environments.
- Proven leadership in major campaigns with significant budgets.
- Expertise in film and stills production workflows.
- Experience in managing celebrity talent and SAG productions, including contract negotiations.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with attention to operational detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $165,000 to $230,000, with eligibility for bonuses. Salary will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
