Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, embodying the Tiffany brand in all interactions.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences across phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Achieve and exceed client service and commercial sales targets.
- Resolve client issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proactively recommend products to clients, enhancing their experience and driving sales.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize brand awareness and product knowledge to engage clients and drive conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury client service, preferably in retail, travel, or hospitality.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in luxury client service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role is situated in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $20.57 - $27.83 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
