Role & Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Process and fulfill orders using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock organization to maintain efficient operations.
  • Receive and properly store incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for timely parcel pickup.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and damaged goods issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or eyewear industry

Skills

Ability to ensure order accuracy and maintain high standards in packaging and shipping Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory tracking, and shipping software Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while upholding quality standards Commitment to diversity and inclusion in business decisions

Experience

Minimum of 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or shipping, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or eyewear industry.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

This position is based in Irvine, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $21-25/hour, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
