Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Payments and Fraud function to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize approval rates and payment fees through effective management.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring and reporting systems to track metrics and performance.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Retail Accounting, Payments, and Fraud.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in payments and fraud management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Skills

Proficiency in payment systems and fraud prevention techniques. Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in payments and fraud management within the retail or financial services industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Workplace

This position is based in North Bergen, New Jersey, USA.

Compensation

Base pay range from $105,000 to $130,000 annually.
