Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the HR strategy for designated business units, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement organizational changes and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the luxury fashion or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all organizational levels.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
