Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Sales Associate in Dongguan, China — deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling for the Coach brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the floor ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards in every client interaction.
- Develop lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Support omnichannel operations: process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high‑energy, customer‑focused sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to changing store needs.
- Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and display a professional demeanor.
- Assist teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment and encourage team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad/laptop for selling and clienteling.
- Familiarity with clienteling tools, social selling platforms, short‑form video and live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to read price and release sheets and use walkie‑talkies for store communication.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. Practical experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools, plus familiarity with social selling or live‑stream demonstrations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
