Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct electrical installations, including both high and low voltage, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations, ensuring compliance with current electrical standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical installations at the La Chaux-de-Fonds site.
  • Execute electrical installations within buildings.
  • Participate in the on-call duty team.
  • Perform maintenance and operational tasks on the site's electrical installations.
  • Carry out work related to the installation of machinery and peripheral equipment.
  • Oversee external electrical contractors.
  • Install necessary electrical equipment for events and exhibitions.
  • Undertake tasks related to the setup of temporary installations for construction sites.

Qualifications

  • CFC Electrician or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • General knowledge of building infrastructure and related trades.
  • Established network of suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools.
  • Operational project management skills.
  • Knowledge of current regulations.
  • Fluent in French; English or German is advantageous.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Autonomy and proactive approach. Customer service orientation.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with a solid understanding of building infrastructure.

Education

CFC Electrician or equivalent recognized qualification.
