Role & Responsibilities

  • Formalize and structure current team processes to ensure completeness and consistency.
  • Track and document process changes planned for 2026.
  • Manage and control invoices related to 3PL, transportation, duties, and taxes, ensuring consistency checks.
  • Support monthly closing activities by ensuring timely and accurate invoice validation.
  • Monitor and resolve stock discrepancies between IT systems in collaboration with 3PL.
  • Provide support for analyses during semi-annual physical inventories.
  • Conduct data analysis and update performance monitoring indicators for warehouses.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, including special sales organization, pricing grid reviews, and CSR impact analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Initial experience in supply chain or logistics.

Skills

Understanding of logistics operations and inventory management principles. Motivated by process optimization with a continuous improvement mindset. Methodical and rigorous with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactivity. Good knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.

Experience

Initial experience in supply chain or logistics is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
