Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute procurement strategies for assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with brand interests.
  • Achieve target pricing while maintaining quality and timeline standards.
  • Select strategic partners and manage supplier panels to align with brand objectives.
  • Anticipate market challenges and establish frameworks to secure and adapt supply chains.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, balancing technical and human considerations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of purchase categories, including variance management, risk assessment, cost estimation, and ROI evaluation.
  • Develop and refine key performance indicators to guide procurement activities.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects internally and with external partners.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Procurement or Engineering with 4-5 years of purchasing experience in micromechanics.
  • Proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel, and strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong ethical foundation. Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships. Strong analytical and anticipatory skills. Excellent organizational and commitment management abilities. Adept at working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant procurement role, preferably within the micromechanical sector.

Education

Master's degree in Procurement or Engineering.
