Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment certificates, accident declarations to SUVA, family allowance requests, and necessary documents for work permit applications.
  • Support time management processes including absences, leave, and timekeeping.
  • Prepare, update, and archive new employee files both digitally and on paper.
  • Order and prepare gifts for employee life events and welcome kits for new hires.
  • Participate in organizing training sessions, including planning, participant registration, and logistics. Track mandatory training and employee skill acquisition.
  • Draft internal HR newsletters and communications. Update internal communication boards and materials.
  • Assist in monthly financial closings by preparing and verifying accounting entries.
  • Produce financial reports.
  • Collect and consolidate financial data for budget analyses.
  • Analyze budget variances.
  • Monitor and update inventories and calculate production costs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 15 years and completion of mandatory schooling.
  • Interest in administrative and numerical fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written communication skills in French; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and respect for confidentiality.
