Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and document next-generation software solutions for major sporting events such as the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Cups.
- Ensure the highest quality and reliability of produced software.
- Manage high-level specifications and best practices for the development team.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering skill enhancement and acting as a technical leader.
- Ensure engineering maturity and quality control within the team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a professional software developer.
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
