Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and document next-generation software solutions for major sports events.
  • Ensure the highest quality and reliability of software products.
  • Manage high-level specifications and best practices for the development team.
  • Mentor and coach developers, enhancing their skills and acting as a technical leader.
  • Ensure engineering maturity and quality control within the team.
  • Lead and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Create a safe environment for developers to experiment with innovative changes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a professional software developer.
  • Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.

Skills

Proven experience in developing web applications with .NET/C# backend deployed in Docker or AKS. Knowledge of frontend technologies is advantageous. Experience with automated testing and deployments. Strong understanding of Agile principles such as XP, Scrum, and Kanban. Strong communication skills in English.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in professional software development, with a focus on backend technologies and Agile methodologies.

Education

Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
