Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize the store's quantitative and qualitative results within the brand's predetermined goals.
  • Lead and develop the store team, including recruitment, integration, and training of new employees.
  • Foster a culture of brand passion to enhance customer service and team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and development meetings with team members.
  • Motivate and empower employees to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Boost sales by ensuring effective team contribution and setting daily priorities.
  • Monitor and enhance customer purchase experiences, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Maintain the store's image through effective merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Plan and manage work schedules, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Analyze sales results and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Ensure efficient store organization, including logistics and inventory management.
  • Guarantee the security of goods and people, adhering to hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
  • Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably as a store or assistant store manager.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy and customer service.
  • Experience in PR and marketing activities.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to representing the Swatch brand.

Experience
