Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Support the store manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld to reflect brand image.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with a focus on luxury or fashion products.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in sales or retail management is advantageous.
