Join the Swatch Group in London as a Senior Retail Sales Advisor on Oxford Street. This maternity cover position offers a dynamic role in a leading luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers, ensuring a fast and friendly service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range to provide detailed information to customers.
- Ensure adherence to best practices on the shop floor, providing feedback to colleagues.
- Assist in controlling shrinkage and ensuring secure handling of transactions.
- Accurately report on administration and stock control.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and delegate tasks to colleagues.
- Communicate effectively at all levels and conduct briefings in the absence of management.
- Attend training programs and deliver product knowledge to colleagues and customers.
- Support the store management team and act in a senior capacity when required.

Skills
Experience
Previous supervisory experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred.
