Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with a focus on luxury or fashion products.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is advantageous.
