Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products to enhance store presentation.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in handling sales transactions and point-of-sale systems.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
